Effective Management of Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Caused by Endometrial Hyperplasia: A Case Study from Dyumna Women’s Clinic.

Updated: Aug 19

Meet Mrs. L.M.T., a 42-year-old woman whose life was transformed by our holistic approach to women's health. For 6 years, she battled with heavy menstrual bleeding that lasted 15 days each cycle, severely impacting her quality of life. Diagnosed with endometrial hyperplasia, she struggled with this condition despite medication.

But things changed when she came to us in March 2023. We crafted a personalized treatment plan combining Ayurvedic therapies like Yonipichu, and Matrabasti, alongside customized herbal medicine.

At Dyumna Women’s Clinic, our approach to managing endometrial hyperplasia includes repeating a pelvic ultrasound (USG) after one month of treatment. If the endometrial thickness does not show expected reduction, we recommend further necessary investigations including endometrial biopsy along with the necessary blood investigations for further evaluation and appropriate management.

 The Results?

Menstrual Flow: Reduced from 15 days of heavy flow to just 5 days of moderate flow.

Endometrial Thickness: Improved from 18.9 mm to 5 mm in just 5 months.

Quality of Life: Transformed! Mrs. L.M.T. now enjoys a healthier, happier life.

At Dyumna Women’s Clinic, we're dedicated to empowering women with personalized care.
